We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in running Meta and Google Ads lead campaigns, managing and enhancing Wix websites, and creating captivating visual content. This role also demands strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, graphic design, videography, and video editing to execute data-driven campaigns that drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

  • Develop targeted audiences and detailed ad copies aligned with marketing objectives.

2. Website Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s Wix website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

  • Implement A/B testing to improve website performance.

  • Update website content, landing pages, and design layouts regularly.

3. Graphic Design & Video Production:

  • Design marketing materials, such as banners, posters, and social media posts, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

  • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns and social platforms.

  • Create engaging reels and video ads tailored for different social media platforms.

4. SEO and SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking.

  • Monitor and optimize website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare detailed performance reports for campaigns, websites, and overall marketing initiatives.

  • Provide actionable insights based on analytics to improve marketing strategies.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals.

  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads lead generation campaigns.

  • Proficiency in managing and editing Wix websites.

  • Strong skills in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).

  • Expertise in video production, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

  • Solid knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ahrefs, or SEMrush).

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
